What is a 5-Day Club? Video
What is it?
For five consecutive days, 2 hours each day, children gather to play games, build relationships, hear Bible stories, sing songs, learn Bible verses, listen to a missionary story and hear the Gospel clearly presented. Our goal is to assist the local church find the lost, to evangelize, disciple and establish them into the local church.
Who does the teaching?
The clubs are taught by high-school and college-age youth who attend Christian Youth in Action®(CYIATM) a two-week training byChild Evangelism Fellowship Inc.(CEF®) and then conduct clubs all summer.
When should I host?
You can host any week!
But if you want to host the last week in June (25th-29th) please contact Abigail Jenks ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. Background checks have to be finalized by the end of this week (June 8th).
«Open your home (backyard, carport, living room, local park, etc.) for a club one week this summer.
«Hand out invitations in your neighborhood inviting the kids to come.
«Provide a snack for the end of the club each day.
«Pray for the 5-Day Club®teachers and the children who will attend.
«Build relationships with un-churched kids and families.
