To Know Christ And Make Him Known

New to Calvary?

Walking into a new church for the first time might be intimidating or uncomfortable. At Calvary, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted. It doesn’t matter if you are new to church or further along in your spiritual journey; we have a place for you. Why not come this weekend as we learn more about who God is and how He wants us to live the lives He’s given to us.

What is a Sunday service like?

Whether you attend the 8:00 AM service or the 10:45 AM service, we think you will find a welcoming, friendly group of people who will allow you to enjoy the service at your level of comfort. This means no expectations for you to stand up, publicly introduce yourself or even participate in the offering! The two main elements of our worship services are singing and teaching the Word of God. The service lasts just over an hour.

What should I wear?

We understand that God cares more about what is in our hearts than the clothes we wear (1 Samuel 16:7). There is certainly no dress code. Feel free to dress comfortably – most people do!

What time should I come?

Worship service times are at 8:00 AM, 10:45 AM and meet in the main auditorium. Our Adult Bible Fellowship groups and children’s Sunday School classes start at 9:15 AM and Catalyst (Youth Group) meets at 5:45 PM. Our evening service begins at 6:00 PM.

What do kids do at Calvary?

The short answer is… Have fun learning about God and His Word! Calvary offers something for every age during the 9:15 hour. Additionally, nursery and early childhood care is offered during our 10:45 and 6:00 service times. Kids from 3 years through 8th grade get excited about Awana on Wednesday nights during the school year, too! We have trained staff who will invest in your children in a safe environment. All of our children’s and youth workers have had safety background checks as well.
